☀️ Beyond the Mat: The Multi-Sport Advantage

At Enumclaw Jr. Wrestling, we are huge advocates for cross-training. We believe wrestling builds the ultimate foundation for all sports.

As we head into spring, many of our wrestlers are trading their headgear for cleats and sticks as they head into Baseball, Softball, Lacrosse, and Flag Football. We also love seeing our Football players join us in the winter to sharpen their tackling and leverage, along with our Soccer athletes who bring incredible footwork to the mat. We don’t just build wrestlers; we build well-rounded athletes!

🗓️ What’s Next for the Off-Season?

The regular season has wrapped up, but we aren’t done yet!

  • June: Takedown Camp with the High School.
  • July 4th: Catch the team in the Independence Day Parade! (All June camp participants are welcome to walk with us).
  • Sept/Early Oct: “Give Wrestling a Try” Camp. The best way to test the waters before the full season.

Keep Training!

Looking to stay sharp? We highly recommend checking out:

  • West Coast Fight Club in Auburn
  • Reality Sports in Puyallup
  • Local high school clinics for summer mat time!
